• 英語（えいご）学習（がくしゅう）【ライフワークとして勉強（べんきょう）しています。語学学習（ごかくがくしゅう）の大変（たいへん）さは十分（じゅうぶん）わかっているつもりです。】

 

• トレーニング【元（もと）陸上競技（りくじょうきょうぎ）短距離（たんきょり）の選手（せんしゅ）でした。体（からだ）を動（うご）かすことが得意（とくい）です。最近（さいけん）は走（はし）ることはきつくなり、もっぱらウオーキングをしています。】

 

• Cooking – I sometimes try to cook various kind of dishes. When I go abroad, I cook foreign dishes from memory after visiting a good restaurant. My family are happy to eat them as souvenirs.

 

• Traveling – I love traveling. I have been about 20 counties.  UK, France, Italy, Germany, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Belgium,Switzerland, Irland,  Australia, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, Russia, The UAS, Canada, Austria,Morocco, and the Netherland.

 

• Wearing a kimono – Do you know kimonos that are traditional Japanese costumes?  I love wearing it and I can dance Japanese dances. I know a lot of knowledge about kimonos such as how to wear, move and etc.

 

• studying English – I have studied English to communicate with people around the world. So I have found that it is difficult for you to study Japanese.

 

• Regular exercises – I used to be a sprinter in track and field. I like doing sports and exercises

I worked as an elementary school teacher in Japan for over 30 years, mainly with younger children. After retiring, I taught for three years at a Japanese school in Abu Dhabi (UAE).
Now I live in Gunma, Japan with my husband. We have three grown-up children.

• Running: I enjoy joining marathon events and have completed a full marathon!
• Baking Bread: I love making hard breads and breads with nuts and raisins.
