私は、何かを考えたり、学んだりすることが大好きです。
今はボランティアで子どもたちへの本の読み聞かせや、英語学習のサポートをしています。２０２４年４月からオンラインで日本語講師をしています。
I am currently volunteering as a book reader and support for English learning. I have been working as an online Japanese tutor since April 2024.

私も３年以上、オンラインで英語レッスンを受けています。この経験から、言葉を学ぶ難しさも喜びも、とてもよく知っています。

　私は、みなさんのメールや報告書、プレゼンテーション資料をより良く添削する、ビジネス日本語のレッスンをしています。私はエンジニアとして37年間、仕事をしました。シンガポールでも二年間、仕事をしましたので、英語でも話せます。エンジニア時代に、学会などでの発表を29回、本や技術雑誌への寄稿を31件、お客様や役員会（board meeting）でのプレゼンテーションをたくさん経験しました。また、部長として多くの文書やプレゼンテーション資料を指導してきました。この経験をもとに、みなさんがビジネスで成功できるように、支援します。添削だけでなく、いろいろな相談もして下さい。

 I was an engineer with 37-year experience. I worked at Singapore for two years. While working I made 29 presentations at academic societies and provided 31 papers to books and technology magazines. Of course, I had many presentations for my customers and board meetings. As a senior manager (bucho), I checked and instructed lots of documents including presentation materials.  My different face is a tour guide. I’m eager to contribute foreigners, therefore I started a guide activity after returning to Japan from S’pore. I’ve been a volunteer guide more than 10 years. I’m sure it is very important to understand Japanese history while speaking VIP’s in Japan. Many managers mention it. I would like to tell you Japanese history systematically using a text book for junior high school students. It is a commonsense among Japanese, and I will answer any questions from you.

・A junior high school textbook is used in this class. It contains many pictures which makes learning more interesting!

　Which period and category do you want to learn?
・In the first lesson, I would ask why you want to learn Japanese history and what your goals are. I’ll show you the text and the detailed time schedule.
 
<Course goals of history lesson (Learning outcome）>
  After taking this course, you will be able to:
  - Acquire knowledge about Japanese history same as ordinary Japanese people. Therefore,
   you can understand manga or Japanese culture much more, because you know the background.
　 you can improve your Japanese language skills, because you have common sense of history,
- Acquire reading ability, because there are long sentences on the text even the complex ones.

・Intermediate Japanese language skill is required to read the textbook. More than N3 (JLPT) is preferable. I’ll support you. If you can read my Japanese text on my top page, then you’ll be fit for this lesson.

【Time schedule】
・Lessons are held in the afternoon on Sunday, and in the morning and afternoon on Monday (JST). The schedule is updated in the Sunday evening.
   If you want to learn at a different time, don’t hesitate to tell me it. I'll open the class at your convenient time.
 
Reference: Outline of Japanese history
 Tennou/天皇 became a ruler in the 6^th century. The dynasty “Yamato” is still continuing. 
 In 710, Nara became the capital, then Kyoto became the capital in 794. 

 The power moved to samurai in the 12^th century who originally had protected the emperor and nobles. Unhappily, the internal wars occurred in the 15^th century, but Tokugawa finally controlled Japan. He was designated as a Shougun in 1603 and the Edo period started. The peacetime lasted more than 250 years. However, western countries made colonies in Asia. The shogunate could not deal with it well, and it ended in 1868.
 
 Japan struggled to catch up with western countries, and became one of the great powers. But, Japan was defeated completely at the Second World War in 1945. At that time, Japan invaded Asia countries and hurt a lot of people. 

 Although the sovereignty was transferred from the emperor to the people after the war,  the emperor and his family are respected even until now.

わたしはアニメーションの会社（かいしゃ）でCGをつくったり、セールスをしていました。

I was working at an Animation Company to make Anime CG and was the sales maneger.

If your goal is only to speak Japanese fluently, I can help you.

なるべくたくさんの会話（かいわ）を毎日（まいにち）することです。今日（きょう）の予定（よてい）や、今日（きょう）やりおえたこと、なんでも話し（はなし）ます。間違える（まちがえる）ことを恐れ（おそれ）ないでください。わたしも英語（えいご）をはやく話せる（はなせる）ようになりたくて、間違えても（まちがえても）気にせず（きにせず）、話して（はなして）練習（れんしゅう）しました。わたしはあなたの間違い（まちがい）はきになりません。それはうまくなるための過程（かてい）だからです。時間（じかん）があるときにいつでもレッスンの予約（よやく）をしてください。

With each lesson we will review the previous study material, learn new material, and discuss anything else you want to talk about. Please don't be afraid to make mistakes. I wanted to be able to speak English. So, I practiced speaking English without worrying about making mistakes. I don't worry about your mistakes. This is because it is a part of your imprrovement. When you have time, let's practice Japanese conversation!

②会話（かいわ）も読み書き（よみかき）も同時（どうじ）に習得（しゅうとく）したいかた

If your goal is to speak Japanese fluently, and read and write Japanese as well, I can help you.

好きな（すきな）トピックを選び（えらび）、インターネットで検索（けんさく）して文章（ぶんしょう）を読み（よみ）、それについて話し（はなし）、お互いに（おたがいに）質問（しつもん）をしあい、答え（こたえ）を文章（ぶんしょう）で書ける（かける）ように練習（れんしゅう）します。すこしづつレベルアップできるようにフォローします。

Select a topic of your choice, search the internet, read passages, talk about it with me and ask questions, and practice answering in sentences. I will follow you so that you can improve your Japanese little by little.

③すぐに解決（かいけつ）したいことがあるかた

If your goal is to learn how to express your thoughts in the Japanese language, I can help you.

このように話し（はなし）たいけれどどのように話せば（はなせば）よいか、こういう状況（じょうきょう）のときにどのように対処（たいしょ）するべきか、宿題（しゅくだい）のなかによくわからないことがあるなど、すぐに解決（かいけつ）したいときは、一緒（いっしょ）に解決（かいけつ）できるように助ける（たすける）ことができます。

④初級日本語（しょきゅうにほんご）「げんき」を使って（つかって）勉強（べんきょう）したいかた

日本語（にほんご）についてわからないことや、（困って）こまっていることがありましたら、できるだけ相談（そうだん）にのりたいと思い（おもい）ますので、気軽（きがる）に相談（そうだん）してください。勉強（べんきょう）しているテキストの内容（ないよう）がわからないときも聞いて（きいて）ください。

１．わたしの名前(なまえ)はマックスです。Native
       Japanese Speakerです。
      2016年(ねん)に、日本語教師養成講座(にほんご
      きょうしようせいこうざ)420時間(じかん)を修了
      (しゅうりょう)しました。日本語教師(にほんご
      きょうし)になってから、世界(せかい)のみなさん
      と、お話(はな)しできて、とても、楽(たの)しくて、
      幸(しあわ)せです。みなさんの喜(よろこ)びが、
      わたしの喜(よろこ)びです。​

      My name is Max. I am a native Japanese
      speaker. I completed the Japanese teacher
      training program 420 hours in 2016. Since
      my start of Japanese teacher, I can talk with 
      people around the world with my pleasure,
      and I am happy now. Your pleasure is my

     にツアー・コンダクターもしております。

     in Japan. I worked for sales and marketing in
     Japanese electric manufacturer for 37 years.
     During I was a member of the company, I

わたしは、東京（とうきょう）の音楽大学（おんがくだいがく）でピアノを勉強（べんきょう）しました。
５年間（ねんかん）ピアノの先生（せんせい）をしました。その後（ご）IT企業（きぎょう）に就職（しゅうしょく）し、30年（ねん）働（はたら）きました。わたしの仕事（しごと）はSE（システムエンジニア）でしたが、プログラムを作（つく）ったり、システムを検査（けんさ）したり、マニュアルを作（つく）ったり、いろいろしました。
 
2022年（ねん）、東京（とうきょう）から沖縄（おきなわ）に引越（ひっこ）しました。

Hello, my name is Yayoi.
 
I studied piano at a collage of music in Tokyo. After that, I worked as a piano teacher for five years. Then I got a job at an IT company and worked there for 30 years. My job was a system engineer (SE), and I did various tasks such as creating programs, testing systems, and making manuals.
In 2022, I moved from Tokyo to Okinawa. Now, I am teaching Japanese at a language school and online.
 
I like traveling, watching dramas, movies, and anime, and playing games on my smartphone. I like drinking sake and have a kikisake-shi (Sommelier of Sake) license. One of my hobbies is making sake, which I have done for 10 years.
I enjoy snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding because the sea is beautiful in Okinawa.
I have been all over Japan. I have a lot of experience and knowledge about Japanese food, sake, sightseeing spots in Japan, and all kinds of topics related to Japan.
 
[What you can expect from my lessons]
I teach lessons to people aged 15 and above.
The lessons are primarily conversation based.
I improve Japanese language proficiency by enjoying conversations, reading online articles, and practicing kanji readings, word usage, pronunciation, and more.
I teach using only Japanese.
If you don’t understand something in Japanese, I will speak to you in English.
I will also use the chat box to type messages to you to help further your understanding. I’m currently studying English, so I know what it is like to study a second language.
In my lessons, you don't need to worry about making mistakes. Let’s talk a lot!

外国人アニメーターのために、翻訳(ほんやく)や通訳(つうやく)をしました。

I have worked for an anime company, MAPPA, that produces JJK and Chainsaw Man.
I was in charge of translation and interpretation for foreign animators.

체인소맨이랑 주술회전을 만드는 애니메이션 회사에서 2년 동안 일했어요.
외국 애니메이터를 위한 번역과 통역 일을 했어요.
 

また、わたしは 英会話スクールでも 10年間 仕事をしました。
子供から大人まで、何百人(なんびゃくにん)もの日本人と話しました。
ビジネスの日本語も、カジュアルな日本語も、得意です。

Also, I worked at an English (Eikaiwa) school for 10 years and did sales.
I have talked to hundreds of people, from kids to the elderly, each with different goals and backgrounds.
So, I believe I'm really good at teaching various types of Japanese. I can teach you business Japanese and casual Japanese.

그리고 저는 영어 학원에서도 10년 동안 일한 적이 있어요.
영업으로서 남녀노소와 일본어로 많이 이야기했어요.
그래서 비즈니스 일본어도 일상 일본어도 가르칠 수 있어요!
 

そして、2025年2月、日本語の先生になるために、学校を卒業して、資格を取りました。
日本語について、わたしもたくさん勉強しました。

Then, I graduated from a school to become a certificated Japanese teacher at the end of February 2025.
I completed a 420-hour Japanese teacher training course and obtained a national certification.

2025년 2월 말, 일본어 교사가 되기 위한 학교를 졸업하고 국가 자격증을 취득했어요.

日本のアニメ会社と仕事がしたい人、日本人のアニメーターがどんな日本語を使うか、勉強しましょう。
指示がただしく分かれば、あなたに たくさんオファーが来ます。
