①レベルごとに日本語(にほんご)の使用率(しようりつ)を調整(ちょうせい)
  Adjust the amount of Japanese depending on each student's level. 　

初級▶ 英語(えいご)の説明(せつめい)と共(とも)に教(おし)えます。
Beginner：Teach Japanese with some English explanations.
↓
中級▶ 日本語と英語を混ぜて話します。
Intermediate：Talk in Japanese and English mix.
↓
上級▶ 日本語だけで話します。
Advanced：Talk only in Japanese.

②伸(の)ばしたい力(ちから)を重点的(じゅうてんてき)にフォロー
  Support your studying by focusing on skills that you want to improve.


③優(やさ)しく丁寧(ていねい)に指導(しどう)します。I'll teach kindly and properly.

こんにちは！まなです。
Hello! I'm Mana.

私(わたし)は、日本(にほん)や海外(かいがい)の学校(がっこう)で日本語(にほんご)を教(おし)えたことがあります。大学の日本語教員養成課程も修了しています。
I have experience in teaching Japanese, both in Japan and foreign countries. I finished taking the Japanese language teacher training course at university.
