Self-introduction

こんにちは！私（わたし）の」名前（名前）はIKUMI（いくみ）です。
Hello! My name is Ikumi.

日本（にほん）の北海道（ほっかいどう）、札幌（さっぽろ）にすんでいます。スキーで有名な（ゆうめいな）ニセコにはよく行きます。
I live in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.I often go to Niseko, which is famous for skiing.

子供（こども）が二人（ふたり）いて長男（ちょうなん）はもう結婚（けっこん）しています。 
下の娘(したのむすめ）はイラスト(いらすと）を描く（かく）のが大好（だいす）きです。
若（わか）い子（こ）の文化（ぶんか）は主（おも）に娘（むすめ）から吸収（きゅうしゅう）しています。
I have two children. My son is married and independent, and my daughter is a talented illustrator. Thanks to her, I stay up-to-date with the latest youth culture and trends!

英語（えいご）を話す（はなす）事（こと）ができるので、わからないことは英語（英語）でせつめいできます。
I can speak English, so I can explain things in English if there’s anything you don't understand

性格（せいかく）はおだやかなほうです。英語（えいご）の歌（うた）をカラオケで歌う（うたう）のが大好き（だいすき）です。映画（えいが）を見ること、読書も（どくしょ）もすきです。

I have a calm personality.I love watching movies and reading books in my free time.

絵本（えほん）も好き（すき）なので家（いえ）にはたくさんの絵本（えほん）があります。
興味（きょうみ）があればおみせしますよ♬
I also love picture books, so I have a large collection at home. I’d be happy to show them to you if you’re interested!

イギリスに友達（ともだち）と住んだ（すんだ）ことがあり、日本語（にほんご）を教える（おしえる）ボランティアをした経験（けいけん）があります。ディズニーランドにいくこともすきです。
I have experience living in the UK with a friend and volunteering to teach Japanese.I also love going to Disneyland.

美容師（びようし）の資格（しかく）をもっていて、デパートで働いて（はたらいて）いました。
着物（きもの）を着て（きて）みたいですか？
I’m a certified hairstylist and used to work at a department store.
