こんにちは。Yoheiです。

私は22年間日本の有名IT企業に勤め、システムエンジニア、営業、総務、労務、人事の仕事をしてきました。

具体的には、営業でのお客様開拓、基幹システムの開発と保守運用、事業計画策定、人事評価、昇格、社員の労務対応など、ビジネスの様々な荒波をくぐってきました。

ビジネス会話では、相手に意味が通じるだけでは不十分です。日本人の特徴や考え方を知り、その場にふさわしい日本語を使えれば、仕事がよりスムーズに進むようになるでしょう。

私は3年半の日本語講師経験があり、日本語レベルは上級でも会議の内容がわからないなど、ビジネス会話で苦労している生徒に明日からすぐに使える実用的な日本語を教えてきました。

授業ではあなただけのシナリオを準備して、仕事で実際に起こるであろう会話を練習します。その場にふさわしい言い方だけでなく、日本人の特徴、考え方についても余すことなくお教えします。

また、授業の中では仕事でしか使わないようなかなり上級レベルの語彙も学んで頂けます。

ビジネスで使う日本語を深く理解するためには、JLPTのN1の勉強や、Youtubeを見ても中々身につけることができません。

Hello, I'm Yohei.

I worked for 22 years at a well-known Japanese IT company, where I held various positions including system engineer, sales representative, general affairs, labor management, and human resources.

My responsibilities ranged from developing new clients in sales, handling operational issues with core systems, creating business plans, conducting performance evaluations and promotions, to managing employee relations and labor matters. I've experienced many of the real-world challenges that come with doing business in Japan.

In business Japanese, it's not enough just to make yourself understood. Gaining a deeper understanding of Japanese thinking and communication styles—and using language appropriate to the situation—can build trust and lead to better evaluations, opportunities, and working conditions.

I have three and a half years of teaching experience, and I’ve worked with students who, despite having advanced Japanese skills, still struggle to understand meetings or communicate effectively in business settings.

In my lessons, I provide practical Japanese that you can start using at work right away.

Each class includes personalized scenarios tailored to your actual work situations, so we can practice conversations that are likely to happen on the job. I don't just teach correct expressions for each context—I also explain the cultural mindset and communication style typical of Japanese professionals.

You'll also learn high-level vocabulary that’s rarely used outside of professional settings, helping you sound more natural and confident in the workplace.

To truly understand Japanese used in business, having the JLPT N1 or learning vocabulary from YouTube alone is not enough.

Real business communication requires more than just words—it requires cultural insight, situational awareness, and practical application.
