アニメ好（す）きの人が日本語（にほんご）を流暢（りゅうちょう）に話（はな）せるのはなぜかご存知（ぞんじ）ですか？それは、キャラクターのセリフを真似（まね）しているからです。キャラクターが何（なに）を言（い）っているのかを正確（せいかく）に理解（りかい）し、話（はな）し方（かた）を真似（まね）しているのです。
Do you know why anime fans are able to speak Japanese fluently? It is because they mimic the characters' lines. They accurately understand what the characters are saying and imitate their way of speaking.

私（わたし）のレッスンでは同（おな）じことします。
I do the same thing in my lessons.

11歳（さい）の時（とき）に家族（かぞく）でカリフォルニアに引（ひ）っ越（こ）し、15歳（さい）の時（とき）に神戸（こうべ）に戻りました。また、オーストラリアで7年間（ねんかん）ビジネスプランニングマネージャーとして働（はたら）いていたため、英語（えいご）は堪能（たんのう）で、文法（ぶんぽう）や文化的（ぶんか）なニュアンスなどを英語（えいご）で完璧（かんぺき）に説明（せつめい）できます。
I moved to California with my family at the age of 11 and returned to Kobe, Japan, at 15. Having also worked as a business planning manager in Australia for seven years, I am fluent in English and can perfectly explain grammar and cultural nuances in the language.

教（おし）えることに情熱（じょうねつ）を注（そそ）いでいます。大阪（おおさか）の語学学校（ごがくがっこう）で日本人生徒（にほんじんせいと）に英語（えいご）を教（おし）え始（はじ）めて10年以上（ねんいじょう）になります。
I am passionate about teaching. I have been teaching English to Japanese students at a language school in Osaka for over ten years.

教（おし）える中で、生徒（せいと）が聞（き）いて、理解（りかい）し、話（はな）すことができない理由（りゆう）が分かりました。聞（き）いているつもりでも、実際（じっさい）には聞（き）いていないのです。ネイティブスピーカーのように発音（はつおん）していないため、話（はな）せないのです。
Through teaching, I realized why students are unable to listen, understand, and speak. They think they are listening, but in reality, they are not. They cannot speak because they do not pronounce words like native speakers.

だから、私（わたし）は生徒（せいと）とディクテーションとシャドウイングを主（おも）に行（おこな）っております。リスニング力（りょく）とスピーキング力（りょく）が確実（かくじつ）に上（あ）がります。実績（じっせき）に裏打（うらう）ちされた手法（しゅほう）です。
That is why I primarily focus on dictation and shadowing with my students. These methods reliably improve both listening and speaking skills—an approach backed by a proven track record.
