My Lesson features:

Each lesson is largely customized around the student's interests, focusing on personalized topics and conversation. Whether you're interested in Japanese culture, current events, or arts, Alyssa takes the time to guide you carefully and tailor content that suits your curiosity. During the lesson, she shares notes to make sure you don’t miss any mistakes or useful information you can review later.

About me: Based in Kawasaki, close to Tokyo. I speak Japanese with a clear, accent-free pronunciation and specialize in using proper honorific expressions. I’m also highly regarded by my students for teaching casual, natural phrases used among friends.

I spent my early childhood in California, from the age of two, and later moved to Paris. From high school onward, I attended a Japanese art-focused high school and then continued my studies at an art university. After graduating, I worked for a major apparel brand, handling collection archives and public relations.

In my free time, I enjoy playing the guitar—a hobby I’ve had since high school—and going to rock concerts!

自己紹介
現在は東京に近い川崎に住んでいます。日本語は、クリアで癖のない発音と、正しい敬語表現を使うことを得意としています。また、友達同士で使うようなカジュアルで自然な表現の指導についても、生徒さんから高い評価をいただいています。

2歳からカリフォルニアで幼少期を過ごし、その後パリへ移りました。高校からは日本の美術系高校へ進み、大学でも芸術を専攻しました。卒業後は大手アパレルブランドで、コレクションアーカイブや広報を担当していました。

プライベートでは、高校生の頃から続けているギターを弾いたり、ロックのライブに行ったりするのが好きです！
