Q Do you offer free trial lessons?

A

We do not currently offer free trial lessons.
Instead, we give 300 bonus points to everyone who registers for the first time.

Q Can I take lessons even if I can't speak Japanese?

A

Yes, you can.
Some of our teachers also speak other languages, such as English or Chinese.
To find them, open the detailed search on the Teachers page and select an English level.

Q What kind of textbooks do you use?

A

This depends on the teacher.
If a teacher uses particular textbooks, they are usually listed on their profile page.

Q Can I take lessons in a group?

A

No. Group lessons are not available, as every lesson is one-on-one.

A

Yes, we do.
When you search for a teacher, check the "for kids" option in the detailed search.

Q I want to change my login ID (email address) or password.

A

After logging in, open the menu and select "Edit Profile".
You can change your email address and password on that page.

Plans

Q Is the monthly plan renewed automatically?

A

Yes. Monthly plans are renewed automatically every month.

Q Can I have more than one monthly plan?

A

No. You can only have one monthly plan at a time.

Q Can I record my lessons?

Yes. You may record a lesson for personal use, to help you review and study.
However, you may not share or publish the recorded video or audio without the teacher's permission.
