Hello! I am so glad to meet you. 

My name is Iku.

Thank you for coming to my class! I appreciate it.

わたしのレッスンでは、楽しく（たのしく）明るく（あかるく）ていねいに、初心者（しょしんしゃ）の生徒（せいと）さんでもわかるように、おはなしします。

In my lessons, I try to make you feel fun and cheerful.

I will talk to and explain to my students with easy words even beginners can understand.

わたしも、アメリカで英語（えいご）を勉強中（べんきょうちゅう）です。

ですので、　言語（げんご）を勉強（べんきょう）することの大変さ（たいへんさ）は、とてもよくわかります。

完璧（かんぺき）ではなくてよいので、まちがいをこわがらずに、たのしくはなして勉強（べんきょう）しましょう！

I am just studying English as you are.

Then, I really understand how hard you feel it is to learn a new language.

いろいろな授業（じゅぎょう）を準備（じゅんび）しています。

目標（もくひょう）にあわせて、すきなものを選んで（えらんで）くださいね！

There are several types of Japanese lessons in my lessons.

わたしは神戸市（こうべし）が地元（じもと）なので、　関西弁（かんさいべん）をはなします。

My hometown is Kobe city in Hyogo prefecture, in western area. My dialect is "Kansai-ben",which is different from standard Japanese.

I have learned the culture of Japanese tea ceremony for 10 years. My mother is a teacher of Japanese tea ceremony and Japanese traditional culture.

【わたしについて】

I would like to introduce myself to you.

わたしは　アメリカのニュージャージー州（しゅう）に　すんでいます。

2023年の5月（5がつ）に、結婚（けっこん）してアメリカへ引越し（ひっこし）てきました。

わたしも、いまアメリカで、英語（えいご）の勉強（べんきょう）をがんばっています。

出身地（しゅっしんち）は　神戸（こうべ）です。

高校（こうこう）を　卒業（そつぎょう）したあと　東京（とうきょう）の　慶應義塾大学（けいおうぎじゅくだいがく）に入学（にゅうがく）し　大学を卒業したあとも　10年間（１０ねんかん）東京に　すんでいました。

夫（おっと）と猫（ねこ）と一緒にくらしています。

仕事（しごと）はお花屋さん（おはなやさん）です。花（はな）と植物（しょくぶつ）が大好き（だいすき）です。

趣味（しゅみ）は、

猫（ねこ）・茶道（さどう）・植物園（しょくぶつえん）・読書（どくしょ）・山登り（やまのぼり）・映画（えいが）・旅行（りょこう）・温泉（おんせん）・お菓子（おかし）・食事（しょくじ）＊とくにお寿司（おすし）が大好き（だいすき）です！

ランニングと水泳（すいえい）をしています。

アメリカにきてから　言語を学ぶたのしさを　わたしはとても強く感じています。

わたしも　たのしく無理（むり）なく学ぶ努力（どりょく）をしているので、日本語を学ぶ生徒さんのお手伝い（てつだい）がしたいと思っています。

I have been living in New Jersey, USA since this year in May.

I moved to the US from Japan this year in May because of my marriage with a Japanese man who has lived in the US for over 10 years.

I currently study English as well as you do.

My hometown is Kobe in Japan. I am a native Japanese.

I entered Keio University in Tokyo after my high school graduation, then after my university days for 4 years, I lived in Tokyo for 10 years.

I live with my husband and a 5-year-old female cat.

My occupation is a florist. I love so much flowers and plants.
 

My favorite things:

cat, Japanese tea ceremony, botanical garden, reading books, hiking, movies(I love marvel!), travel, Onsen, food (especially I love Sushi!), running, swimming

I am currently really enjoying to learn not-native language since I moved to the US.

日本語（にほんご）を勉強（べんきょう）して日本（にほん）をもっと好（す）きになってほしいです。

わたしはアニメーションの会社（かいしゃ）でCGをつくったり、セールスをしていました。

I was working at an Animation Company to make Anime CG and was the sales maneger.

小学校（しょうがっこう）でも子どもたちといっしょに勉強（べんきょう）していました。

Also, I worked at an Elementary School teaching children.

会社（かいしゃ）や学校（がっこう）での日本語（にほんご）の使い方（つかいかた）や、会話（かいわ）のしかた、自然（しぜん）に話せる（はなせる）ようにたくさん練習（れんしゅう）しましょう。

You will learn how to use Japanese at work or school, and you will be able to practice so you can speak naturally.

レッスンのやりかたは一人一人（ひとりひとり）ちがいます。

Lesson methods will vary depending on your needs and interests.

①早く（はやく）会話（かいわ）を習得（しゅうとく）したいかた

If your goal is only to speak Japanese fluently, I can help you.

なるべくたくさんの会話（かいわ）を毎日（まいにち）することです。今日（きょう）の予定（よてい）や、今日（きょう）やりおえたこと、なんでも話し（はなし）ます。間違える（まちがえる）ことを恐れ（おそれ）ないでください。わたしも英語（えいご）をはやく話せる（はなせる）ようになりたくて、間違えても（まちがえても）気にせず（きにせず）、話して（はなして）練習（れんしゅう）しました。わたしはあなたの間違い（まちがい）はきになりません。それはうまくなるための過程（かてい）だからです。時間（じかん）があるときにいつでもレッスンの予約（よやく）をしてください。

With each lesson we will review the previous study material, learn new material, and discuss anything else you want to talk about. Please don't be afraid to make mistakes. I wanted to be able to speak English. So, I practiced speaking English without worrying about making mistakes. I don't worry about your mistakes. This is because it is a part of your imprrovement. When you have time, let's practice Japanese conversation!

②会話（かいわ）も読み書き（よみかき）も同時（どうじ）に習得（しゅうとく）したいかた

If your goal is to speak Japanese fluently, and read and write Japanese as well, I can help you.

好きな（すきな）トピックを選び（えらび）、インターネットで検索（けんさく）して文章（ぶんしょう）を読み（よみ）、それについて話し（はなし）、お互いに（おたがいに）質問（しつもん）をしあい、答え（こたえ）を文章（ぶんしょう）で書ける（かける）ように練習（れんしゅう）します。すこしづつレベルアップできるようにフォローします。

Select a topic of your choice, search the internet, read passages, talk about it with me and ask questions, and practice answering in sentences. I will follow you so that you can improve your Japanese little by little.

③すぐに解決（かいけつ）したいことがあるかた

If your goal is to learn how to express your thoughts in the Japanese language, I can help you.

このように話し（はなし）たいけれどどのように話せば（はなせば）よいか、こういう状況（じょうきょう）のときにどのように対処（たいしょ）するべきか、宿題（しゅくだい）のなかによくわからないことがあるなど、すぐに解決（かいけつ）したいときは、一緒（いっしょ）に解決（かいけつ）できるように助ける（たすける）ことができます。

I can help you with every day Japanese language, so you will be able to speak Japanese comfortably in many situations. 

④初級日本語（しょきゅうにほんご）「げんき」を使って（つかって）勉強（べんきょう）したいかた

日本語（にほんご）についてわからないことや、（困って）こまっていることがありましたら、できるだけ相談（そうだん）にのりたいと思い（おもい）ますので、気軽（きがる）に相談（そうだん）してください。勉強（べんきょう）しているテキストの内容（ないよう）がわからないときも聞いて（きいて）ください。

If you have any questions or concerns about the Japanese language, I will do my best to help you even if you don't understand the content of the text you are studying. Please feel comfortable asking me.

こちらのレッスンは、毎回（まいかい）同じ（おなじ）パターンでもよいですし、毎回（まいかい）変える（かえる）ことも可能（かのう）です。最初（さいしょ）のレッスンのときに、一緒（いっしょ）に相談（そうだん）して決め（きめ）ましょう。

どんな風（ふう）にレッスンを進（すす）めてほしいか、あなたの希望（きぼう）を教（おし）えてください。
自然（しぜん）な日本語（にほんご）になるように直（なお）してほしければそうしますし、
言（い）いたいことが伝（つた）わって楽（たの）しく会話（かいわ）ができればいいのであれば、少（すこ）しくらい不自然（ふしぜん）でも、直（なお）すことはせず会話（かいわ）を楽（たの）しむこともできます。

Hello, I’ｍ Venus.
Actually my name is Minako, but the kanji of my name "Minako" can also be read as "Binasu," so I use the nickname "Venus" so that people from different countries can easily call me.
I think "Binasu" and "Venus" sound  similar.

I majored in German at university and am currently learning Spanish. So in addition to English, I can speak some German and  Spanish.

①フリートーク/ Free conversation

自然（しぜん）に　自由（じゆう）に　話（はな）す　練習（れんしゅう）を　したい方（かた）に　おすすめです。
おかしを　食（た）べながら、コーヒーを　飲（の）みながら、　リラックスして　受（う）けて　いいです。　

This is for people who want to practice speaking naturally and freely. You can relax and take classes while eating snacks and drinking coffee.


②文法（ぶんぽう）/Grammar

文法(ぶんぽう)を　練習（れんしゅう）します。もし　練習（れんしゅう）したい　文法（ぶんぽう）が　あれば、教（おし）えて　ください。
You can practice grammar. I would appreciate if you tell me which grammar you want to learn in the class in advance.

③シチュエーショントーク/Situation Talk

仕事（しごと）の会話（かいわ）、電話（でんわ）の会話（かいわ）など　シチュエーションを　きめて　会話（かいわ）や　フレーズの　練習（れんしゅう）します。
You can choose a situation, such as a work conversation or a phone conversation, and practice the conversations and phrases.

④読（よ）む練習（れんしゅう/ Reading Practice

ニュースの記事（きじ）や、　マンガや　本（ほん）など、　読（よ）む　練習（れんしゅう）を　します。みなさんの　レベルに　合（あ）わせて、文章（ぶんしょう）を用意（ようい）します。もし、読（よ）みたい　文章（ぶんしょう）が　あれば、事前（じぜん）に　教（おし）えてください。
You can practice reading news articles, manga, books, etc. I can prepare sentences, but if  you have any text that you would like to read, please tell me in advance.

⑤聴（き）く練習（れんしゅう/ Listening Practice

聴（き）く　練習（れんしゅう）を　します。音声会話（おんせいかいわ）を　用意(ようい)します。
You can practice listening practice. I prepare the audio conversation.

My name is Yuko Maeda.

日本（にほん）の　兵庫（ひょうご）と　大阪（おおさか）に約（やく）20年（ねん）ずつ　住（す）んでいます。
I have lived in Hyogo and Osaka for about 20 years each.
好（す）きなことは　本（ほん）を読（よ）むこと、　音楽（おんがく）を聞（き）くこと、　映画（えいが）を見（み）ること　です。
My hobbies are reading books and listening music and watching movies. 

日本（にほん）の　高校（こうこう）で　15年間（ねんかん）　国語（こくご）を　教（おし）えてきました。
I have been teaching Japanese at a high school in Japan for 15 years.
今（いま）は　日本語学校（にほんごがっこう）で　留学生（りゅうがくせい）対象（たいしょう）に　日本語（にほんご）を　教（おし）えています。
